Family.... Holla!

I'm telling you... the funniest damn family in the entire world. I'll never forget the hour long emotional inquisition we gave to Kelsey... oh so funny. What was even better was Grandma... I'm more and more convinced that the superior romantic skills that we all received were not just from grandpa. For all of you cousins who weren't there... she had some classic lines. We were listening to Kelsey relay a story about maybe or maybe not kissing/technically making out with a boy... of which she was interrupted by hilarious commentary every few words. Grandma sat there drinking it all in. It occurred to me that the much much more spiritually sensitive grandma might be offended. At some point, a comment was directed to the group to the awareness that grandma was there and that Kelsey might be potentially embarrassing herself in front of the matriarch of the family. Oh Sly Grandma... she responded with a mischeivious grin of her own "I'm practically going deaf anyway... I would never know what to repeat!" This game goes to you Grandma... well played. It's more likely that Grandma would be a good loser in Dominoes then that she's losing her hearing. Later Dad told me that Grandma said to him "When I was dating, I kissed them all... multiple times." Boo Yeah Grandma... Boo Yeah.
I was just glad the topic never turned to me. There's no one safe... no one free from the grind. I don't know what I would say. Grandma asked me point blank about my love life... I vaguely answered about complicated girls. I'm convinced that the girl wants me... she's not so convinced... How do you explain that?
